In spring 2018, Anna realised something is wrong with working life. Experiences of fragmented working community, burn outs among her friends and the lack of meaningfulness made her decide that something needs to be done.
However, there were no suitable tools to achieve real change.
As a result, Anna gathered a multidisciplinary team of working life experts - and so Repo Work – Research Pool of Work was born. Repo seeks and creates solutions for company culture and work wellbeing improvement.
After two years, Repo team invented Foxie – a logic that enables scalable improvement of working life.
Foxie develops teamwork and influences the entire organizational culture through that. Sustainable changes are done in small steps and this is how Foxie proceeds. By learning about the team and it's working methods and motives, Foxie suggest better ways to work as a team.
